Privacy Policy

This policy covers personal information we collect when you visit marktickr.com or use our APIs.

Account data: your email address, sign-in provider identifier, and an internal user id (used by Supabase auth).

Product data: the tickers you add to your watchlist, your sector and chat queries, and the timestamps of those actions.

Operational logs: standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp) used for security and rate-limiting.

To deliver the service: serve your watchlist, gate membership-only routes, and generate personalized explainers.

To improve the service: aggregated, de-identified usage analytics inform what we ship next.

To keep the service safe: detect abuse, rate-limit calls to upstream providers, and respond to legal requests when required.

We share data with the minimum set of vendors required to run the product: Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI explanations), Inngest (background jobs), and our data providers (Twelve Data, CoinGecko, RSS publishers).

We do not sell personal information.

Account and product data live for the life of your account. Delete your account to remove them.

Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging.

Sign in to view, edit, or delete your watchlist entries at any time.

Email privacy@marktickr.com to request access to your data, deletion of your account, or export of your records.

maRktickr is not directed at children under 13 (or the local minimum where higher). We do not knowingly collect data from such users.

We will post material changes here and update the Last Updated date.
